Atlanta Ballet partnering with Georgia Shakespeare during the Month of October!

Make sure you come out to Georgia Shakespeare's theater at Oglethorpe University for a special post-show Hamlet Q&A with Atlanta Ballet guest choreographer Stephen Mills and GA Shakespeare Hamlet director Richard Garner on Sunday, October 13th at 5pm. Stephen Mills is joining us all the way from Ballet Austin, so this is a rare opportunity to learn how Hamlet has been adapted for the ballet and modern theater productions. Then come back the following Sunday, October 20th, for a talk back with two Hamlets - Joe Knezevich (GA Shakes actor) and John Welker (Atlanta Ballet dancer). We'll close out the month with a discussion October 27th with Kendall Simpson (GA Shakes composer) about his score for the Hamlet play and Philip Glass' score for the ballet.
