What do I wear?
You may anything from jeans to suits, pants to dresses all the way to formal attire. Some have even worn a costume to our Halloween weekend productions. Wear whatever suits your fancy.
What's the difference between a "full-length" ballet and a program of "mixed repertory"?
On the calendar you will see some programs listed with multiple ballets, and some full-length ballets. For example, Magic Flute is a full-length ballet that follows a story line. Sheer Exhilaration is a mixed repertory program, so it includes two additional ballets on the program. A mixed repertory program can be an excellent introduction to attending Atlanta Ballet because of the variety of dance you will see.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at the Cobb Energy Centre or Fox Theatre at least a half-hour before the performance. Arriving early will give you time to get to your seat and review your program and casting insert. Traffic and parking can be unpredictable, so plan to arrive early to assure an enjoyable experience.
Can I bring my children?
Yes; however, all children attending performances, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
