IMPORTANT UPDATE: New COVID-19 Safety Protocol Changes

IN CONSIDERATION OF RECENT UPDATES FROM PUBLIC HEALTH EXPERTS, ATLANTA BALLET HAS IMPLEMENTED THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES.

Masks are now optional inside Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre at Atlanta Ballet performances.

Mask are now optional at Atlanta Ballet’s Michael C. Carlos Dance Centre, Buckhead and Virginia-Highland Centres.

We continue to monitor public health updates and make decisions based on our considerations of the health and safety of our patrons, artists, staff and students. We will provide additional updates as policies are revised.

Prior to Your Visit

We still ask that if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days and/or been in contact with someone who has tested positive, are sick or showing symptoms, please stay home. Contact Atlanta Ballet Patron Services at 404-892-3303 to obtain a refund or exchange your tickets for a different performance.

Share the updated COVID safety policy information with all members of your party and/or anyone to whom you have given your tickets.

In the case of performance cancellation due to inclement weather, you may exchange into a different performance or receive a full refund.

What to Expect When You Visit Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre

When you arrive at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, you will show your ticket at the door, then you will move through a security check, which includes magnetometers. If you have oversized bags or other prohibited items, security will ask that you return those to your car. You can find the full list of prohibited items here.

NO coat or baggage check. Please only bring purses or bags that are smaller than 8.5” x 11.” Once through security check, ushers will scan your tickets and direct you to the correct portal to access your seats.

Arrive early! - Cobb Energy Centre opens the doors to the lobby 90 minutes prior to curtain. Arrive early and enjoy shopping at the Atlanta Ballet Boutique and a variety of concessions that can be enjoyed in the lobby.
Please note that food is not allowed inside the theater during the performance.

Cashless Transactions – Cash will not be accepted for concessions and Atlanta Ballet Boutique purchases.

Our staff are there to help. Atlanta Ballet staff will be available at all performances to assist in any way they can. If you have questions or feel uncomfortable at any time, please ask an usher to direct you to an Atlanta Ballet staff member who will assist you.
