Atlanta Ballet is excited to be a part of 31 Days of Jazz in May with Liquid Motion!

Acclaimed Choreographer-in-Residence Claudia Schreier’s groundbreaking ballet, Nighthawks, is set to The Jungle (Symphony No. 4) by award-winning jazz musician Wynton Marsalis. Let Atlanta Ballet take you on a journey through musicality and inventive movement that reflects the complexities, diversity and fast pace of modern city life.

The 47th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival is presented by the City of Atlanta - Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. The mission of the Atlanta Jazz Festival is to educate and entertain a diverse audience of jazz fans and to nurture the next generation of jazz musicians. For the entire month of May there will be jazz performances in clubs, restaurants, parks, concert venues, arts centers, and MARTA stations throughout Atlanta.
