Twyla Tharp’s The Princess & the Goblin opens with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Tonight
Last February, we were proud to host Twyla Tharp as she staged the world premiere of her new work The Princess & the Goblin with Atlanta Ballet. The show was an enormous success, and we were thrilled to work with such an amazing choreographer and artistic talent. She then joined the Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB) in Canada to help them prepare for the Canadian premiere of the full-length story ballet. The Princess & the Goblin opens tonight at Centennial Concert Hall in Winnipeg. Since Atlanta Ballet is the co-producer of The Princess & the Goblin with RWB, several members of Atlanta Ballet's artistic and administrative team will travel to Canada to see the ballet again.
