What are the rental rates?

What is the rental process?
To secure your rental, first fill out the rental form completely—the more details you provide, the better we can prepare our staff. Once the date, time, collateral, and final invoice are confirmed, the next steps are the contract and proof of insurance. Following the signing of the contract by both parties, payment is required: either in full or a 50% deposit. Please note that full payment must be received at least 30 days before your event.
Can I view the space before my event?
Yes, we encourage an on-site visit as it will allow you to get a better sense of the space.
What is your refund policy?
Atlanta Ballet has a no refunds policy for Studio Rentals, barring weather or other unforeseen events causing cancellation.
What if something is damaged during my rental?
If any damages or other signs post event are done to the spaces, additional costs may be charged.
How far in advance can I reserve a space?
The earlier the better! We recommend booking as soon as you have a date. While January and February are typically reserved for company auditions, the rest of the year offers more availability. Please note that we generally cannot accept rental inquiries less than 30 days in advance due to existing schedules for the Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education and the company, though exceptions may be made case-by-case.
What if what I want to my own furnishing or other items while renting this room?
Yes, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the space being rented and the total number of guests for your event.
Is there a kitchen available?
Atlanta Ballet does have a kitchen onsite, but no ovens/cooking equipment. There is space to prep/store food, but any heavy prep/cooking has to be done offsite and brought in.
Do you have chairs/tables?
Tables/chairs can be provided for additional fees.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available.
Is there a loading dock?
Yes, our facility is equipped with three loading docks that can easily fit large vehicles, including 18-wheelers
