How many people do I need for a group?

You will need 10 or more people for group pricing.

Can I buy my group tickets at Cobb Energy Centre?

All group orders must be placed through Atlanta Ballet Group Sales before arriving to the performance via our reservation form, over the phone, or at in person at our Michael C. Carlos location. Group tickets cannot be purchased at the Cobb Energy Centre box office.

How much of a discount do I get with group tickets?

The group discount depends on the show and the size of your group.

  • Regular season shows get up to 25% off the normal ticket price.
  • Family ballets get 20% off.
  • The Nutcracker ranges 10-25% off.

Specific pricing is subject to change until your seats are reserved with either a full payment or a deposit. Groups pay no per-ticket fees, only a one-time $10 group fee will be applied to every group order. All prices are inclusive of sales tax and facility fees.

Does everyone in my group need a ticket?

Yes, every attendee must have a ticket, including babies and toddlers. Ticket pricing is the same for both adults and children.

What is the pricing for student and homeschool groups?

Student groups of 20 or more get $25 per ticket. Homeschool groups of 20 or more get $10 per ticket. Chaperones for student and homeschool groups receive two $25 tickets for at least 10 students in the group. Additional adults receive 25% off regular ticket price depending on price level/seating in theater.

How do I reserve my seats?

You must place your group order through the Atlanta Ballet Group Sales team before arriving at the theater. You cannot purchase group tickets at the Cobb Energy Centre box office.

Once you've decided on your show date, time, and seating location, you have two payment options to reserve your seats:

  1. Pay for the tickets in full.
  2. Place a 10% non-refundable deposit to hold your seats. This is a great option if you need time to collect money from your group or are unsure of the final headcount. Deposits will always count towards the overall balance.

Final payment and headcount are due 30 days before the performance. If your order is not paid in full by this date, your held seats will be released. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with a credit or debit card over the phone, or you can mail a check. Atlanta Ballet does not accept cash payments.

Can I request specific seating?

All seating within each price level is subject to availability. Please let the Group Sales team know if you have any specific seating requests and how your group will be arriving at the theater.

Can I request add-ons for my group?

If you are interested in any add-ons for your group experience, like a private bar or a dancer/production talk-back, then please note on your reservation form, and when you speak with the Group Sales team.
