Our Adult Dance classes are fun, motivational, and accessible for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or schedule. Due to popular demand, we're excited to offer a variety of new classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, and Contemporary, all taught by experienced and accredited instructors at Atlanta Ballet studio locations in West Midtown, Buckhead, and Virginia-Highland.

If you’re looking for low-impact classes for those aged 50 and above, consider our Dance for Life and Silver Swans® ballet classes, taught by a certified Silver Swans® instructor. Experience a gentler approach to ballet and movement for a healthier and more vibrant you!

By dancing with us, you'll not only enhance your skills but also build connections beyond the studio. You’ll have the opportunity to make new friends, participate in our annual Adult Dance Intensive (sold out in 2024!), and join our exclusive Adult Dance Social at Atlanta Ballet’s The Nutcracker on December 13, 2025 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.
