Urban Fitness and Relaxation Get your healthiest body while toning up to popular dance music! This class takes you on a complete journey from high intensity dance beats to a relaxing conclusion that will free the body from tension and anxiety. It's a fun and fulfilling hour that is the perfect way to rid yourself of stress and clear your mind! This month, Urban Fitness and Relaxation is the featured class - bring a friend to any class for FREE in September! Hours/Location Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm at Buckhead Studio

Dance Fitness The Dance Fitness class is based on the Horton Modern Dance technique to stretch, fortify and strengthen the body. The technique combines elements of Yoga and Pilates for a complete total body workout. It is geared toward the adult who is interested in dance as a form of exercise but does not include all the complications associated with it. It is fully adaptable to the non-dancer. If you are interested in a low-impact but highly effective total body workout then this is the class for you! Monday’s Dance Fitness class includes a Gyrokinesis floor work section. Hours/Location Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 10-11:30am at Buckhead Studio

Tap Adult Tap students will focus on the fundamentals of tap technique while getting a great workout and having fun! The class will begin with a tap warm-up, progress to movements across the floor and finish each class with a combination. Elements of both cabaret and rhythm tap will be incorporated. All ability levels are welcome! Hours/Location Mondays from 11:30am-12:30pm at Buckhead Studio

Musical Theatre Do you have dreams of performing on a big Broadway stage? Then our new Musical Theatre class is for you! Learn pieces from your favorite show tunes that will have you high kicking to A Chorus Line or doing the Charleston from Chicago. Hours/Location Fridays from 6:30-8:00pm at Buckhead Studio

Flamenco Flamenco is an intense, passionate dance form with an emotional focus that feeds on improvisation. Flamenco dancing is characterized by colorful costumes, intense and exotic movements, stamping of the feet (zapateado), and clapping of the hands (palmada). Hours/Location Beginner/Intermediate - Wednesdays from 7-8pm at Cobb Studio Intro - Saturdays from 1-2 at Cobb Studio

Hip Hop This class is designed for those who want to move. The class features a fun yet challenging stretch and warm-up, as well as exciting and unique choreography. Taught in an open and non-competitive atmosphere, you are sure to get a great workout while learning some fun moves. Hours/Location Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm at Michael C. Carlos Dance Centre Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:45pm at Buckhead Studio

Yoga These classes are for absolutely everyone to experience the many benefits of yoga. Focus is on alignment in basic yoga postures within one's own body, while using the breath to quiet the mind. Will dive deep into all asanas (poses). With a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace, it allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind.
