Love. Rivalry. Celebration.
Three powerful visions of artistry come together in Atlanta Ballet’s 26|27 season opener. Remi Wörtmeyer’s Significant Others celebrates the creative worlds of Fanny Mendelssohn and Sonia Delaunay, while Melissa Hough’s premiere Plagued Houses, inspired by Romeo and Juliet, explores the timeless forces of desire, conflict, and fate. George Balanchine’s iconic Stars and Stripes brings dazzling technique, exuberant movement, and unmistakable American flair to the stage, set to the rousing marches of John Philip Sousa in commemoration of America’s 250th anniversary.
Recommended for ages 10 and up.
